Segafredo Zanetti Espresso has opened the first café in Panama, the southernmost country of Central America.
Panama City is currently undergoing a tremendous real estate boom and Punta Pacifica, one of the trendiest areas of the city, will have up to ten new towers (thousands of apartments) opening between the end of this year and the next ones.
The economy in the country looks strong and with steady growth due to the presence of the famous Panama Canal. It is 50 miles long from deep water in the Pacific to deep water in the Atlantic, and allows a huge traffic of commercial ships from the Far East to the US and Europe being the faster commercial path between three continents.
The Segafredo Zanetti Espresso outlet is located in Multiplaza Pacifica, the main shopping mall of the country with its 27,000 visitors a day. It is in good company among the most popular brands such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel, Bulgari, Rolex and more.
A famous hotel and many restaurants including fine dinning are within the premises.
The store is over 1,800 sq. feet and has two terraces, one internal overlooks the best view of the internal Mall’s square and one external with the beautiful skyline of Punta Pacifica. It is currently one of the top destinations for espresso, classy drinks and loungish atmosphere in the city.
Our developer Expresso Lounge S.A. will be developing more additional cafés. Coffee consumption in Panama is in fact very high, also considering the world famous areas of coffee cultivation in Boquete and Chiriquí, nearby the Costa Rican border, with volcanic soil.
