Segafredo Zanetti Espresso has opened a new café in franchising in Almaty, the largest city of Kazakhstan with more than a million inhabitants.
Former capital, Almaty is anyway considered the major scientific, cultural and commercial centre of the country. Its name derives from the Kazakh word for apple, and thus is often translated as a city "rich with apples": the surrounding region is thought to be the ancestral home of the apple and even nowadays is very rich in wild species of such fruit.
Like the first one, the new outlet is located in the very downtown of the city, Dostyk Avenue, which is the most prestigious area of the city. It is surrounded by business buildings, offices, banks and embassies.
The café extends on a 120 sq. m. surface, including a lounge area for relaxing moments. A nice terrace will be opened outside over the next few week for the joy of all customers.
