If you have purchased a product on our website, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, i.e., decide to return the product, without giving any reason and without any penalty, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:

a) in the case of an order relating to a single product, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods;

b) in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). For this purpose, you may use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the page, but it is not mandatory.

T-Data S.r.l. ("T-Data S.r.l.") also offers you the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal online, by filling out the form found in the menu section or in the footer under "returns and refunds" and selecting "return request" as the contact reason. In case of online withdrawal, T-Data S.r.l. will immediately send you an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal request. Please note that you may be asked to indicate, if you wish, the reason for the return; this indication is not mandatory; failure to indicate the reasons for withdrawal will therefore not have any consequence on the exercise of the right of withdrawal. We also inform you that, in all cases of the right of withdrawal, regardless of the method, T-Data S.r.l. will send you an email to which a PDF document containing a code, the RMA code, will be attached. We ask you to include this code in the package when returning the product subject to withdrawal, in order to facilitate the management of the related practice. We also ask you, if possible, to place the product subject to withdrawal in its original packaging. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract and have complied with the conditions required for exercising the right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us in relation to the product subject to withdrawal, including delivery costs, if applicable, and with the exception of partial withdrawal from multiple orders, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, it being understood that the refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until proof of shipment by the consumer. In the case of partial withdrawal from multiple orders, delivery costs will not be refunded, as they are attributable to the delivery of products for which you have not exercised the right of withdrawal, given that their amount does not depend on the number of products in the order or their weight, being calculated as a fixed amount that disregards these elements. Delivery costs will, however, be refunded to you if the withdrawal concerns all the products in the multiple order. All refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any cost as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, if earlier.

You can use a carrier of your choice, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
In any case, you are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We remind you that the right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases referred to in art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 - Consumer Code.

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, the steps to follow are:

1. Access your user profile and start the procedure from the order you wish to return. To access your profile, simply click here.

2. After proper verification, you will receive an email at your address containing: instructions for returning the item and the RMA code. Please follow the instructions carefully. You can print the email message, place it in the package, and send it along with the accessory to be returned.

3. Once we receive your package, after checking the product, we will proceed with the refund of the returned merchandise.

Important: We recommend that you ensure that the destination "T-Data_SF ASSET2" is clearly stated on the return package. To expedite processing as much as possible, we request that the RMA No. also be written on the outside of the package and clearly visible.
