Payment Methods Information

The supported payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • ApplePay and GooglePay Wallets

Credit card

We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

No extra charges will be applied for credit card payments.

For all credit cards, the CVV2 code must be entered, otherwise the order will be canceled. For Visa and Mastercard credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card. It may happen that, after entering your credit card details and CVV2, an additional code or specific data is also requested. This occurs because some banking institutions require a specific procedure to enable online credit card use. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find out the code to enter, you must contact your banking institution directly.

T-Data S.r.l uses the following PSPs for credit card payments:

  • the secure payment service of Nexi Payments for transactions in Euro currency;
  • the secure payment service of Stripe for any transactions in currencies other than Euro.

Nexi Payments and Stripe are certified as PCI Level 1 compliant service providers. A confirmation email will be sent by Nexi Payments or Stripe for each transaction made using this method.

When credit card details are entered, the bank is only asked for authorization to spend on the credit card. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. Receiving the SMS does not indicate that the card has been charged, but only that the necessary credit limit for the purchase has been blocked. The actual debit to the credit card only occurs when the products are shipped. T-Data S.r.l confirms the order has been entrusted to the Courier by sending an email to the contact details provided by the Customer in the order itself: only at this moment is the amount debited from the credit card. Credit card details are not accessible by T-Data S.r.l and remain with the provider, excluding the cardholder for identity verification purposes.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal.

No extra charges will be applied for PayPal payments.

By choosing this method, after clicking "confirm" on the checkout page, you will be redirected to a PayPal website page where you can enter your PayPal account email and password to complete the payment for your order.

A confirmation email will be sent by PayPal for each transaction made using this method.

The actual debit to the PayPal account only occurs when the products are shipped. T-Data S.r.l confirms the order has been entrusted to the Courier by sending an email to the contact details provided by the Customer in the order itself: only at this moment is the amount debited from the PayPal account.
