Shipping and Limitations

T-Data S.r.l prepares the goods and entrusts them to the Courier in suitably sealed cardboard packaging. The estimated time for delivery of the products to the Courier is "By the working day following the order date".

Goods are shipped from T-Data Italy warehouses. Specifically from T-Data_SF asset 2, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO), Italy

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding national holidays. In the case of multiple orders, separate delivery is not provided; all products will be delivered together in a single shipment.

Import costs

For some destination countries (see the table above for destinations where "Customs = Yes" is indicated), payment of import costs may be required. These are a charge applied to shipments by the customs authority of the destination country or geographical area. They are calculated based on the following factors: declared value and shipping costs of the product, product category, country and region of origin, customs tariffs of the destination country, and applicable trade agreements.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller (T-Data) assumes responsibility only for the shipment of the product and that, upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier. In this case, the amount paid by the customer at checkout does not include any import costs.

Shipment tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with tracking details for the package. 24 hours after the order is sent, it will be possible to check the shipping status by clicking on the tracking link in the email. The tracking link will also be available for registered users on the order summary page.

Checking the received package

In the presence of the courier, please check that:

  • the number of packages delivered matches the information on the waybill (provided by the Courier);
  • the packaging is not visibly damaged, tampered with, wet, or altered in its sealing materials;
  • the dimensions and information on the product packaging presumably correspond to those of the item actually purchased.

Any external damage or discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately contested with the Courier in writing on the delivery note and also reported to T-Data S.r.l within 8 days.

If it is not possible to verify the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, we invite you to sign "with reservation" on the delivery receipt.

Once the Courier's transport document has been signed, the Customer can no longer raise any complaints regarding the quantity and quality of what has been received.

Delay in delivery

In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the indicated Delivery Terms, the user may request an additional term.

In case of a delivery delay exceeding 10 working days compared to the initial delivery term, the user can terminate the contract.

Following the termination of the contract, the user will be reimbursed the total amount due plus shipping costs.

Limitations

The following locations and territories with special regimes or operational limitations are excluded from delivery:

  • Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, Italian waters of Lake Lugano, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City.
  • Austria: Jungholz, Mittelberg.
  • Denmark: Greenland, Faroe Islands.
  • Finland: Åland Islands.
  • France: overseas territories (e.g., Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte, and other ultra-peripheral territories).
  • Germany: Büsingen am Hochrhein, Helgoland.
  • Greece: Mount Athos.
  • Netherlands: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba.
  • Portugal: Azores, Madeira.
  • Spain: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar.
  • Norway: Svalbard, Jan Mayen.
  • United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Also excluded are post office boxes, military bases, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, reshipment hubs, offshore territories, smaller islands, and all locations classified by the courier as remote areas, out of service areas, or subject to operational or customs restrictions.
